Can I return dyed shoes?
Dyed shoes are not returnable. If you are unsure of the color, we will be happy to send you a color swatch.
What are the international shoe size conversions?
You may change your order but only before it has been processed. If your order status is "shipping queue" then we cannot make changes to your order. If your order status is "processed" then we can, but please call us at 312-233-2681 as soon as you can to let us know.
How long does it take to dye shoes?
What is the “Real Time” turn around when I ask for express shipping?
Processing your order takes 1-2 business days for domestic orders and up to 5 business days for international orders. Custom dyed and personalized products add an extra 2-5 business days. Once your order is processed it will be shipped using the delivery method you provided. If you chose an expedited shipping method, please remember that the items will not usually ship the same day that you ordered them, and nothing ships on the weekends. 3-Day Select service means that you will receive the item the 3rd business day after leaving the warehouse. 2nd Day Air means that you will receive the item 2 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
What is the difference between medium and wide widths?
Typically, the wide shoe is about 1/4 inch wider than the medium shoe.
Credit Card Authorizations
When a credit card has authorized it means the payment is held in a virtual account so no one else can access that money other then the company that has been approved for it. We don’t receive the money until we process the payment which occurs when the item ships.
ATM/ Debit Card Authorizations
Your bank will withdraw that amount out of your account immediately, and placed on hold until we process it. If an ATM/Debt card is declined for any reason, the money is withdrawn and put into a virtual hold by your bank each time it is declined.
Where do I put my coupon code?
When you go to check out, at the bottom under the address info you will see a blank field to type into called - Referer's ID: That is where you put your coupon code.
What does my order status mean?
If your order status is "pending", this means that you did not complete the last step of your order. Either you did not enter your credit card information, or you did but didn't click the last button in the transaction that authorizes us to charge your card. If you have a hold on your credit card and do not wish to continue with your order, please contact us immediately.
If your order status says "processed", you have completed your order and we will be processing it within 48 hours.
If your status is "shipping queue", then your order has been sent to the warehouse and, unless you paid by Paypal, we are holding your funds until we know that your items have shipped.
If your order status is "hold for answer", then we are waiting for an answer from you because the item(s) you ordered were either out of stock or we have a question about your order. If this is the case for your order, please contact us immediately by email at info@onlinebridalstore.com.
If your order status is "payment captured", this means that we have sent your order and have charged your credit card.
Can I rush my order?
Rush orders are available, but only shipping (time in transit) can be rushed. The fastest shipping option we offer is 2nd day air, which costs ~$20. In extreme cases, we can overnight your items but we must be notified before your order is in "shipping queue" so that we can give you a price quote. We also offer 3-day Select service for an additional $10. You will be given these expedited shipping options when checking out. Domestic orders placed on the weekends will generally ship out on Monday or Tuesday, therefore orders with 2nd Day Air will not arrive until the second day of transit (Wednesday or Thursday), and 3-Day Select orders will not arrive until the 3rd day of transit (Thursday or Friday).
Please add 2-5 business days for products that are custom dyed or personalized. If you are in a time crunch, please enter your wear date in the comments box as you check out, or call us to let us know so that we can try to get your products to you in time.
Shipping Charges
When placing your order, shipping will be automatically calculated when you select your shipping method for each warehouse from which your items are sent. Items may be shipped from different locations and may not arrive together. This process enables us to provide faster shipping to our valued customers.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship primarily through UPS. Some items and international orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. If you are in an area that either service will not deliver to, please indicate that in the comments box as you place your order. USPS delivers on Saturdays but UPS does not deliver on weekends. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How long will shipping take?
US Orders: Most products leave the warehouse within 48 hours of an order being received (Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9-5 CST). Custom dyed and personalized products add an extra 2-5 business days. Once the order ships, the timeframe for delivery varies based on the city the products are shipping from and where you are shipping the item to. If you chose an expedited shipping method, please remember that the items will not usually ship the same day that you ordered them, and nothing ships on the weekends. 3-Day Select service means that you will receive the item the 3rd day after leaving the warehouse. 2nd Day Air means that you will receive the item 2 days after it leaves the warehouse.
International orders: International order take 4-7 business days to process and are shipped USPS. Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive, in some rare cases they can take up to 5 weeks. Expedited shipping is available and the options will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship to APO, FPO addresses?
If you require shipment to an APO/FPO Military address please follow the instructions below.
1. In the city field enter in APO/FPO.
2. Fill in the zip code and state fields as you normally would.
3. Currently the only ship method available to APO/FPO addresses is USPS First class and Priority Mail.
4. USPS and APO/FPO address will deliver packages up to but not exceeding 70 pounds.
APO/FPO orders may require up to 14 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations in 1 to 3 weeks.
Duties and Shipping
You are responsible for your customs duties once your product arrives in your country. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country. All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, UPS/USPS will return the package to Online Bridal Store. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping UPS charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard restocking fee. If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package. If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of UPS/USPS and they still deliver the package, Online Bridal Store will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing Online Bridal Store to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason. We have no way of estimating the amount of fees that will be due on delivery. General International Shipping Information
We accept international orders by internet only. You may pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) or paypal. If you are paying with credit card, the billing address you submit must exactly match the billing address on your credit card. If it does not match, your card will be declined. Note: if you are paying with a debit card that gets declined, the funds will be deducted by your bank every time you submit the order. Paypal is the alternative to paying with a credit card. When you place an international order, the shipping options shown are the only methods available to your country. Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. We reserve the right to remove any of these items from your order prior to shipping it out or cancel any order that only contains these items. You will not be charged for any items removed or cancelled orders. International orders are all orders with ship-to addresses outside of the United States. International orders do not include orders being shipped to APO/FPO boxes. For more information on APO/FPO please scroll to the APO/FPO section on this page.

Special Note: Please make sure it is legal to ship the products you are ordering into your country prior to placing an order. If an order is held indefinitely at customs or returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the non-returned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order.
