New! Prepaid Return Shipping for US Customers
If you change your mind about your purchase...
- We accept returns of unused products -- no questions asked -- for 90 days from the date you receive your shipment. Just complete a return request.
- US Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip
- International Customers will receive a packing slip
- The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Products that are custom dyed or personalized
- Products we receive damaged or showing signs of use
- Clearance products
- International or expedited shipping charges paid at checkout
- Orders that are more than 6 months old
- The following exceptions incur a 30% restocking fee:
- Products returned outside of the 90-day full refund period
- Missing or destroyed packaging
- Returns of 3 or more different shoe styles
- Refunds are issued to the card used for the original purchase following a processing time that averages 2-3 weeks.
If your product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered...
- We will promptly replace products that arrive damaged, defective or erroneously included.
- In order to receive a replacement, the customer must notify us within 10 calendar days of their receipt of the order.
- The customer may be asked to email us a photograph of the item in question before any replacements are sent.
