New! Prepaid Return Shipping for US Customers



If you change your mind about your purchase...
  • We accept returns of unused products -- no questions asked -- for 90 days from the date you receive your shipment. Just complete a return request.
    • US Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip
    • International Customers will receive a packing slip
  • The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
    • Products that are custom dyed or personalized
    • Products we receive damaged or showing signs of use
    • Clearance products
    • International or expedited shipping charges paid at checkout
    • Orders that are more than 6 months old
  • The following exceptions incur a 30% restocking fee:
    • Products returned outside of the 90-day full refund period
    • Missing or destroyed packaging
    • Returns of 3 or more different shoe styles
  • Refunds are issued to the card used for the original purchase following a processing time that averages 2-3 weeks.

If your product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered...

  • We will promptly replace products that arrive damaged, defective or erroneously included.
  • In order to receive a replacement, the customer must notify us within 10 calendar days of their receipt of the order.
  • The customer may be asked to email us a photograph of the item in question before any replacements are sent.
