If you need to return your item a Return Authorization Number must be obtained. Please contact our dedicated customer service at support@onlinebridalstore.com and they will assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box "New and unused" are referred to as in "sale-able condition", not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. "We can not accept returns on shoes that have been dyed."

RAN number must be obtained within ONE week from the date you received the item

We accept to pay for the return shipping cost if an item is damaged or defective only. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving them. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us at 888-373-1911 before we ship the product, since once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
